"Introduction

This two bedroom mid terraced house is situated within walking distance of local schools and shops. The property briefly comprises entrance hall, two reception rooms, kitchen/diner and bathroom/wetroom, two bedrooms and a small room off one of the bedrooms. Outside there is a garden to the front and a narrow garden at the rear as most of the rear garden is taken up with a garage. The house has been lived in until recently and is in need of some modernisation and improvement but could still be lived in while this was taking place. A full central heating system including new pipework, radiators and Worcester combi boiler was installed in 2011.
