This spacious mid terraced property is ideally located for commuting to all local areas of employment without having to travel through the busy town centre of Shotton. Queensferry is also close to access to the A55 and the M56. There are excellent facilities in the town with one of the largest ASDAS within walking distance. There are several good local schools.
The property is in excellent condition and has recently undergone a major refurbishment scheme to include redecoration and new carpets fitted throughout.
