This ground floor flat is situated in the village of Mancot within walking distance of schools and shops. Newly decorated with new carpets fitted and a new gas cooker, washing machine and fridge. The flat is at the rear of the property and has a small communal garden and drying area outside. The flat briefly comprises lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. A new boiler and radiators have recently been fitted.

Entrance door into lounge. Brand new fitted carpet, double glazed window, ceiling light, radiator.
