"Introduction

Ideal property for investors or first time buyers that fancy a renovation project. MORE PHOTOS TO FOLLOW....This three bedroom end terraced house is currently in a poor state of repair and needs a full programme of renovation. In our view an approximate spend of around 15-20k is needed to bring the property up to standard. The windows are mainly double glazed however there are two single glazed windows that would need to be replaced. Flooring throughout the whole property is needed as well as full redecoration and some replastering. The Kitchen extension requires attention and a new Kitchen would need to be fitted. Both the ground floor toilet and Bathroom upstairs would need new suites and tiling etc. The property is on a large corner plot and the garden would need to be landscaped at the side and rear. There is a fairly new combi boiler installed so the central heating maybe fully functional however we have not tested this. We would advise all local investors in the area to take a look at this property.
