NewHome4U are pleased to offer new and exclusive to the market this attractive home, which can be found in a quiet cul-de sac, just off the desirable Elfed Road, which is just a few minutes walk from Buckley town centre but offering a haven of peace. This is a comfortable, well-lit space that makes clever use of the under stairs recess by positioning the TV point in it, making the most of the remaining room. Too frequently TVs are placed in corners, using a disproportionate amount of room but here, the available space is maximised.

Another door gives way to the kitchen/diner/breakfast room. Again, while of compact dimensions this is beautifully equipped and thought out, accommodating a four seat dining table and chairs while not encroaching at all on the kitchen space. There is also a full height recess, providing a perfect home for a tall fridge/freezer unit and double French doors opening onto the secluded rear garden.

Upstairs there is a comfortable principal bedroom to the front, with one wall given over to full height fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors. Above the stairwell there is also a walk in cupboard, as if more storage was needed! Still, I suppose there can never be too much??

To the side of the house is a large off road parking area, currently easily accommodating a car and an impressive four wheeled caravan, saving money on storage costs. If caravans are not your thing, parking for three cars is a possibility.
