"This is an attractive semi detached villa that enjoys an excellent location in a popular residential street within the sought after village of Cellardyke. It is within walking distance of most amenities including both Cellardyke and Anstruther harbours, shops, primary and secondary schools, health centre etc. The house has been substantially improved and upgraded. It benefits from gas fired central heating, backed up with sealed unit double glazing. It boasts may fine features including a large lounge with fireplace and tiled floor. The lounge is open plan with the fitted kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a very attractive conservatory. An unusual staircase with timber and chrome banisters rises to the upper floor where are there are two good sized double bedrooms, a single bedroom and the modern shower room.
