Take the last exit from the roundabout and follow signage for Denny and Bonnybridge. At the roundabout for M876, take a left following signage for Bonnybridge. Continue along onto Larbert Road taking an eventual right onto Muir Crescent and continue up the Brae. Take the third left onto Spence Street, where the property can be found on the right hand side."
