At the M876 roundabout take the first exit and continue along eventually entering Bonnybridge on the A883 and continue straight ahead onto Larbert Road where the property can be found on the left hand side. To access to the property via vehicular access, at the mini roundabout turn left and then left again Ferguson Drive. Turn left again into Drummond Place, follow this to the very end and access to 116 Larbert Road is on the corner on the left hand side."
