"Warren Place is a delightful semi detached family house, set back from the road with its own private gardens and courtyard, close to the centre of this popular village. The property is believed to date back to the Victorian era with brick elevations under a tiled roof, but in recent years has been substantially extended and over the last 18 months has had extensive oak floors fitted and superbly appointed new bath and en suite shower rooms. The spacious reception hallway links through to the spectacular sitting room with open fireplace. There is a good sized dining room linking though to the kitchen/breakfast room which is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets, fitted oven and hob and has doors leading to the rear courtyard with fine views over the garden. The first floor accommodation is accessed via two staircases, with a master bedroom suite with contemporary style shower room, which also links through to bedroom 4/study. There are two further bedrooms and a superb family bathroom.
Outside, the tarmacadum driveway provides parking for 4-5 vehicles with a turning area, leading to the garage/storeroom. There is a pathway to the side of the property leading to the courtyard which is paved with raised flowerbed borders (25ft x 19ft) and an attractive garden room. The rear garden is approximately 80ft in length and 35ft wide, principally laid to lawn with trees and shrubs and are well fenced.Directions
