Full description:
165 Thaxted Road is a well proportioned and recently extended semi detached family house with brick and rendered elevations under a slate tiled roof. Accommodation comprises a large porchway leading to an inner hallway with solid oak flooring and stairs to first floor. Outside, a large forecourt area provides parking for several vehicles and leads to the garage (17' 2" x 15' 4") and the side access leads to the rear garden measuring approx. 85ft x 35ft which commences with a paved terrace leading to a large lawned area with ornamental fish pond and mature trees and shrubs.

From Saffron Walden Market Square proceed into Hill Street, going straight over the mini roundabout into East Street. Continue along until reaching the traffic lights and turn right into Thaxted Road.
