The property has been home to the current owners since 1979, has undergone modest alterations and improvements during this time with a small extension to the front, double glazing, built-in wardrobes and the addition of solar panels which greatly reduce electricity bills. The entrance hall leads into the property with stairs to the first floor and doors to each ground floor room. From the under-stairs cupboard there is access to a small cellar. There are 2 reception rooms; a lovely sitting room to the front and dining room to the rear with glazed double doors opening to the outside. The kitchen is well appointed with granite worktops, wooden fronted storage cupboards, built-in double oven, gas hob and pantry. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms all lead from a spacious landing; there are double rooms to the front and rear, a single bedroom

(currently used as a study) and a family bathroom with a corner bath and shower over.
