"22 Summerhill Road is a well proportioned semi detached property located in a popular residential road. The property originally dates back to the 1930s, being built of brick and block construction under a tiled roof and has recently benefitted from an excellent 2-storey rear extension. To the ground floor is a spacious entrance hall with fitted cupboards, a cloakroom, study, sitting and family rooms - both with working open fireplaces and the family room with French doors to the garden. There is a superb kitchen/dining room which is fitted with a traditional range of base units with double butler sink inset to a solid wood worktop with tiled splashback. The large walk-in larder provides excellent storage and appliances include a Miele dishwasher and a 5-ring gas range with double oven. The utility room has a butler sink with further storage cupboards and plumbing for washing machine. The dining area, with solid oak flooring, has two sets of French doors leading to the garden. The roomy first floor landing has a large airing cupboard. There are 5 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and one with en suite bathroom. There is a separate family bathroom.
Outside, a 5-bar gate leads to the brick paved hard standing for two cars and a side gate gives access to the 120ft south facing rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs, one large shed and a raised L-shaped paved patio with outside lighting, taps and log store.Directions

From Saffron Walden High Street, pass the War Memorial on your left and at the mini roundabout turn left on to Debden Road. Proceed along this road and take the second turning on the right into Summerhill Road and the property will be found on the left hand side."
