"14 Sumerhill Road is a detached family house set in a sought after residential location with private gardens, garaging and parking. The property was originally built circa 1930s of brick and block construction with rendered elevations under a tiled roof and in recent years has been extended, especially noting the open plan living/dining area and the spectacular garden room/conservatory. The property is now arranged on three floors and still retains a number of period features including picture rails and open fireplaces to the original reception rooms. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is a particular feature with Amtico floor, floor-to-ceiling windows and Velux roof lights. The kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of base and wall cabinets, drawer space and space for a cooking range and large fridge/freezer. The garden room is a superb feature with views over the gardens, under-floor heating and access to a cellar. The first floor has three bedrooms; one with an en suite shower room and a family bathroom with a white suite, large tiled/glazed shower cubicle and Amtico floor. The second floor provides a fourth bedroom and separate bathroom.
Outside, the property has a shingle driveway providing parking for several vehicles leading to the integral garage 16'8 x 8' with twin opening doors. The rear garden is approximately 70ft in length, has a large side way area and rear terrace.
