"74 Old Mill Road is a detached family house built in 1990 of brick and block construction with rendered elevations under a tiled roof. The property lies at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with private gardens. This well proportioned property has a spacious reception hallway, cloakroom, good size sitting room with dining room off and a conservatory. The kitchen lies to the front of the property and is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets with ample work surfaces, wall oven and grill and gas hob. To the first floor are 4 bedrooms; one with an en suite shower room and a family bathroom.

Outside, the property is approached via a tarmacadam driveway providing parking for one vehicle leading to the integral garage (16' x 7' 8") with an up-and-over door and side courtesy door. The rear garden is a particular feature of the property with a large herringbone brick terrace, lawn area with mature tree and shrub planting and a crazy-paved pathway. To the rear of the garden is a vegetable area, compost bins, a large greenhouse and timber framed shed. The gardens are approximately 60ft long x 30ft wide.Directions

From Saffron Walden Market Square proceed into Hill Street and then East Street. At the traffic lights turn right into Thaxted Road and continue for approximately half a mile. Just after the zebra-crossing turn right into Peaslands Road passing the Lord Butler Leisure Centre and take the first left into Winstanley Road and then almost immediately after, take the first turning right into Old Mill Road. Continue to the very end and the property will be found on the right hand side."
