Full description:
3 Whiteditch Lane is a well presented, detached chalet style property with rendered and pargetted elevations under a pantiled room. Accommodation comprises an entrance porch leading to the entrance hall with cloakroom and leads to the large kitchen which is fitted with a good range of wall and base units incorporating an electric double oven with ceramic hob and extractor fan oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge-freezer and opens to a large utility area with plumbing for washing machine, the oil fired central heating boiler and a side door giving access to the garden. The dining room connects to the sitting room via double doors and has a fireplace housing a wood burner and French doors lead to the rear garden. The first floor comprises a landing with airing cupboard housing the pressurised water system, 3 bedrooms; the master with en suite shower room and a well appointed family bathroom.

Outside, the property is approached over a large gravelled forecourt providing off-street parking for 4-5 vehicles and leads to the single garage. A side gate leads to the rear garden measuring approx. 49ft deep x 59ft wide which is mainly laid to lawn with a large paved terrace, greenhouse shed and summerhouse.

Directions:
From Saffron Walden take the B1052 south towards Newport, turning left on to the B1383 at Sparrows Hill. Proceed into the village of Newport and just after passing under the railway bridge turn right into Bury Water Lane, continuing to the far end of the lane then turn right into Whiteditch Lane and the property will be found a short way along on the left hand side.
