"10 School Lane is an extremely spacious, recently refurbished detached family house built in the late 1980s of brick and block construction, arranged on three floors. The ground floor reception area leads to a music/sitting room, a study with fitted bookcases and bedroom 4. The first floor landing has fine views over open countryside and provides access to the cloakroom with a white suite and a spectacular sitting room with a wood burning stove. The dining room has a laminate floor, sliding patio doors overlooking the rear garden and links through to the L-shaped fitted kitchen/utility area with an extensive range of base and wall cabinets with work surfaces, gas hob, wall oven, fitted fridge-freezer, two sink units, water softener and ceramic tiled floor with underfloor heating. The second floor offers a master bedroom suite, again with superb views over open countryside. There is an en suite shower room with a white suite, under-floor heating and a separate walk-in wardrobe. There are two further double bedrooms; one with a walk-in wardrobe and a well appointed family bathroom with under-floor heating.
Outside, to the front of the property is a brick paviour driveway providing parking for 2-3 vehicles leading to the double garage with a single up-and-over door (17' x 15' 8" max), power, light and water tap connected and gas boiler. The rear garden is approx. 45ft wide x 30ft deep, are walled and fenced, laid to lawn with a split level terrace, mature shrub planting and side gate entrances lead down to the front driveway.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 out of the town, joining the B1383 into the village of Newport. Proceed through the village and turn right (by the village stores) - signposted to Clavering/Buntingford.
