"9 London Road is a spacious family house, centrally located within the town with brick and weatherboarded elevations. The large entrance hallway has a cloakroom and leads through to the dining room with sliding patio doors to the rear garden and steps down to the sitting room with attractive wooden flooring, feature brick fireplace with wooden mantel and tiled hearth. This leads through to the conservatory/study. The well appointed kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of wall and base units incorporating a central circular granite-topped storage island/breakfast bar. Appliances include a Siemens dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer, Smeg gas range cooker, American style fridge-freezer and there is a corner dining area. The first floor comprises a good sized landing with skylight and airing cupboard and 5 bedrooms; two with fitted wardrobes. There is a well appointed family bathroom with corner shower unit and a further shower room.
Outside, a 5-bar gate leads to the tarmacadam parking area with wrought iron gates leading to a further parking/turning area.
