"80 HIGH STREET is a most attractive Victorian terraced town house occupying a prominent High Street location placed within easy reach of all local amenities contained within Saffron Walden s main centre. The property provides nicely balanced and well proportioned living accommodation arranged over four floors, with many period features and attractive, stylish interior.

The front door opens into an entrance hall with attractive tiled flooring, staircase rising to the first floor and also to the lower ground floor below. The principal reception room looks out to the front onto the High Street with a semi obscure glazed sash window featuring original timber window shutters and a period style fireplace with fitted gas fire. The 2nd ground floor reception room could provide space for a variety of purposes although is currently used as a home office having fitted alcove shelving and sash window looking into the rear courtyard. A good sized kitchen is located in the lower ground floor area, well equipped with composite stone worktops and a range of storage cupboards, central timber beam and glazed double doors to the front which provide the room with an element of natural light. A separate utility room provides additional storage and appliance space, with a skylight window for natural light.

The first floor landing features an attractive stairway window and has a further staircase rising to the second floor. The impressive master bedroom looks out to the front with a lovely arched sash window, a period style fireplace and natural timber floorboards. The second floor landing gives independent access to 2 further bedrooms; another good double bedroom looking out to the front featuring an attractive fireplace, whilst the second looks out to the rear.
