"14 Copperfields is a well presented detached town residence, quietly positioned at the end of a small select development. The property is of brick and block construction with part rendered elevations under a tiled roof and benefits from a recently added conservatory/garden room. The hallway leads to a large sitting room with feature modern wood burning stove and sliding patio doors to the rear garden. Double doors connect to the dining room which is adjacent to the study. The kitchen/breakfast room is well appointed with a good range of wall and base units incorporating an Elan electric cooking range with 5-ring induction hob, integrated Neff dishwasher and Panasonic high speed oven. The superb conservatory/garden room is a particular feature with under-floor heating, uplighting and bi-folding doors to the rear garden. There is a utility room and a door connects to the double garage (17' 9" x 17' 2").
