Full description:
21 Eldridge Close was constructed in 2015 of brick and block construction under a peg tiled roof and is located at the entrance to this small cul-de-sac with the advantage of field views. Accommodation comprises an entrance hallway with large under-stairs cupboard and cloakroom, leading to a generous sitting room with sliding patio doors to the rear garden. The garden measures approx. 37ft deep x 38ft wide.

Directions:
From Saffron Walden take the B1052 Newport Road out of the town until reaching the roundabout junction (Sparrows End). Turn left onto the B1383 following the road into Newport and once in the centre bear right on the B1038 - signposted to Clavering/Buntingford. Pass through Wicken Bonhunt and continue into Clavering. On reaching the village by The Cricketers Public house turn right into the Arkesden Road, then immediately left - signposted to Stickling Green. Eldridge Close will be found a short way along on the right hand side."
