"27 Audley Road is a mid terrace, Victorian family house arranged over 3 floors. The property forms part of a unique terrace of town properties of brick construction under a tiled roof and has the benefit of parking to the front and a 70ft rear garden. The reception hallway has an attractive turning staircase to the first floor with cupboard under. The principal sitting room is to the front with a box bay window with fireplace and surround, mantel and open fire. To the rear of the property is a dining/reception room with a further ornate fireplace, picture rail and glazed double doors leading to the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of base cabinets, work surfaces and larder cupboard. The ground floor is complimented by a utility area with a cloakroom off and, to the rear, a lean-to/workshop with half glazed door leading to the rear garden. The first floor has a landing area with a 2nd stairwell to the second floor with cupboards under. There are 2 bedrooms to the first floor and a bathroom. The 2nd floor has a further L-shaped bedroom and a large loft room which could incorporate a further bathroom.
Outside, the front garden has mature tree and shrub planting and parking for one vehicle. The rear garden is approx. 70ft in length, principally laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting, terrace, timber framed shed, rear gate entrance to Artisan Dwellings.Directions
