Our parents moved from London to enjoy the country. We felt that this location was absolutely in the middle of nowhere compared with where we had lived before. We quickly learnt to enjoy and appreciate the benefits that this location offered to us as family. My parents were exceptionally happy since the move and would never have considered moving elsewhere.

What a great location. Toot Hill is close to the market town of Epping. So we get the best of both worlds, a good town nearby with all its amenities including the tube to London, and the beautiful semi rural situation that the property is located in. It has excellent views and is very quiet.
