DEPOSITS

PETS
Upon Owen Lyons approval, Should you wish to keep a pet at the property and the Landlord is agreeable, Written request to the landlord/agent and written consent given, you will be required to pay an additional pet deposit of half a months rent.

CONTRACT RE-NEWAL FEE?S
Should the tenant decide to extend the contract by a further 12 months, a renewal fee will become applicable of ?100.00 VAT (?120.00) for a Fixed Term Tenancy and ?50.00 VAT (?60.00) for a Periodic Tenancy. This fee will cover any administration costs due to the tenants for contract renewal and deposit re-registration.

CHECK OUT
The tenant will be advised that they will need to pay for an inventory check out report ?70.00 - ?150.00 (depending on the property) this helps to return the full amount of deposit and reduce any future disputes arising.

INSURANCE
It is mandatory that all tenants take out tenant?s liability insurance as part of the tenancy agreement to cover the cover landlords fixtures and fittings while renting the property, if the tenant refuses by discretion it may result in the landlord refusing you as a tenant.
