" This particularly well situated property enjoys a central village location within walking distance of the amenities and benefits from farmland views to the front and rear.

The property is accessed via an entrance porch with a tiled floor which directly accesses the reception hall with stairs rising to the first floor, under stairs storage cupboard and accesses the sitting room.

The sitting room has a large fully glazed bay window making for a particularly light reception room and the fireplace has a tiled surround and hearth. A panelled door leads to the kitchen/breakfast room which forms the heart of the house benefiting from a pantry and a range of built-in units adjacent to which is a large breakfast area.

Two attractive brick arches give way to the garden room which has patio doors leading to the terrace and a further door leading to the cloakroom.
