Built in the late 1930's the property, along with several other local small holdings, was initially built as a Land Settlement House, and these style of properties afford an excellent rural setting and generous grounds. The houses gave a fantastic opportunity for further extension and development and the property now affords generous and versatile rooms benefiting from attractive views. The property further benefits from UPVC double glazing, a modern re-fitted kitchen and oil fired central heating.

Accommodation The accommodation in brief comprises; canopy porch leading to front door which in turn gives access to the entrance lobby and then to the living room. Directions Proceed northwards from our office in Long Melford, turning left at the green. Proceed along the A1092 to Cavendish and take the road to Pentlow on your left prior to reaching the village centre. Continue over the bridge and take your first right hand turn and follow the road up the hill. At the first T junction turn right and at the second turn left. Passing through Knowl Green and Tilbury Juxta Clare, following Tilbury Road towards Great Yeldham. Take the left turn onto Mill Lane, where the property will be found on your left.
