"Finished off with a handsome facade and towering chimneys typical of the "Coulthauld" architecture, this comfortable bright property comprises of three double bedrooms, the master bedroom which is 19'5 x 12'8 and is fitted with a quality en-suite.  Bedroom two another good size room at 17'10 x 12'4 has wonderful views of the plot.  Bedroom three, again a spacious room at 12'5 x 9'6 also benefits from reaching views over the mature plot.  The theme continues in the family bathroom which is fitted to a very high standard with led lighting.

The flexible ground floor accommodation comprises , a 19'5 sitting room with period fireplace, 12'5 dining room again, with period fireplace.  A refitted contemporary kitchen with a Range Master, Corian work surfaces and splash back, plus under floor heating.  There is also a 12'3 summer room, 15'6 boot room, separate utility and ground floor shower room.

The sitting room is 19'5 x 11'3 and features dual aspect windows to the side and front.  The main focal point is the period fireplace with its tiled insert.  The windows have reaching views out over the land.  This room also has ornate coving, dado rail and exposed timber.  A comfortable bright room.

There is a picket fence containing the more formal garden which incorporates a raised decked area ideal for dining and relaxing.  This formal garden has a picket gate leading down onto the partly wooded section making for a great afternoon walk, running along the brook.  The remainder of the plot is laid to lawn, gently sloping down to Bourne Brook providing a real backdrop to the plot. 

Some equestrian facilities already exist at the property, with a two stable block and small concrete yard area outside, the land could lend itself to grazing relatively easily and with Towerlands Equestrian Centre 4 miles away, it is ideally situated.
