" This stunning Grade II listed property displays some fine period features having undergone impressive restoration whilst enjoying a central location within this highly regarded and well served North Essex village.

The property is entered via an imposing eight panelled door leading to an entrance lobby with brick flooring and door to cloakroom. An attractive oak arch opens to the stunning living/kitchen/breakfast room which enjoys a double aspect with views to Majendie Lane via a large bay window and a sash window to the rear overlooking the courtyard. This room displays a fantastic oak frame and has a rather attractive red brick fireplace with carved stone lintel above and the date '1672' set within.
