" This attractive period cottage is situated within walking distance of the amenities within this sought after North Essex village.

A panelled door accesses an attractive dining room which has an exposed brick chimney breast with inset wood burning stove, oak flooring and a range of built-in cabinets. A square arch opens to the sitting room which benefits from an attractive cast iron Victorian fireplace with wooden surround and mantle, dado rail and wide oak floorboards. The kitchen/breakfast room is situated to the rear of the property and is extensively fitted with a range of shaker style floor and wall mounted units and has a green enamelled Aga with tiled splashback, tiled floor, extensive shelving and storage and a stable door leads to the rear garden. A ledge and board door leads to a rear lobby/boot room which has a boiler room and a water softener and a further ledge and board door leads to a fully tiled cloak/shower room with matching suite.

The first floor is accessed via a staircase from the dining room.
