" 4 Church Ponds is an attractive period property enjoying a favourable central location within this highly sought after North Essex village.

An oak door leads to a spacious reception hall which has extensive storage cupboards, exposed oak frame work to the walls and ceiling and French doors leading to the dining room and a further door to the kitchen.

The principal reception room is of a semi-open plan nature and has an impressive inglenook fireplace with oak lintel and brick hearth and extensive exposed oak frame work to the walls and ceiling. Open oak stud work accesses a sitting room which has a large window to the rear garden.

A glazed leaded door leads to the rear hall which has a door to the garden and stairs rising to the galleried landing with exposed oak frame work to the walls and ceiling. A ledge and board door accesses a cloakroom beyond which is a snug/bedroom.
