"This four bedroom semi-detached 1930's property, situated in one of Theydon Bois' premier turnings, has been totally transformed by the present owners. No expense has been spared in creating a marvellous family home, both inside and out.

On entering the property you are immediately struck by the size and light of the hallway, a furnishable space with plenty of storage. The main hub of the house has to be the stunning open plan kitchen / living area. The owners have thoughtfully created this beautiful space with the family in mind. There is room for a study, dining and seating all within this area. The kitchen is fitted with contemporary white units and contrasting Corian worksurfaces. There are integrated appliances including two built in ovens/microwave, induction hob and downdraft extractor, dishwasher and filtered water system. The dining area can easily house a good size dining table and this leads to the TV room/second reception room. Further features include underfloor heating, five skylight windows and bi-fold doors opening onto a limestone paved terrace. There is a separate sitting room, a stylishly presented room, which makes a perfect retreat at the end of the day or the double doors can be opened up to the TV room, great for when entertaining. There is also a guest cloakroom and utility room on the ground floor.

The first floor offers three well appointed double bedrooms and a family bathroom with underfloor heating, freestanding bath and corner shower cubicle. The master bedroom is on the second floor, with great views it is a wonderful sanctuary away from the rest of the house, with bespoke storage, dressing area and en suite shower room with underfloor heating, double shower cubicle with Grohe fittings and Duravit suite.
The exterior of the property has been completely landscaped with block paved driveway parking to front, which leads to the attached garage. The rear garden is a real treat, approaching 200ft in length, with far reaching views. Commencing with a 31 x 22 ft. terrace, perfect for the long summer evenings. The next section is a formal garden with mature planting, lawn and sandstone patio. The furthest section is presently a play area with "football pitch" and a sunken trampoline.
