‘Woodside‘ is located within a conservation area to the southwest outskirts of Colchester between the city centre and the village of Layer de la Haye. Within walking distance of the property is the ‘Donkey & Buskin‘ public house as well as a variety of public footpaths and the Bannatyne Health Club & Spa. Birch Grove Golf Course is to be found within walking distance to the property.
