"The current owners of this 4 bedroom detached family home fell instantly in love with the property when they first saw their home at an Open Day 6 years ago.

The property was brand new and they saw the opportunity of putting their own stamp onto it and making it the lovely cosy family home it is today.

Sitting on the edge of a small development it is in an ideal location to suit family needs and understand from the owners that it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk into Billericay Town Centre and there is a local convenience shop within a short distance for everyday needs.


Mill Meadow is a very short distance away and with over 90 acres of meadow land it is an ideal place to walk dogs or for families with children to just enjoy a quiet Sunday afternoon stroll.

What the Owner says:

As a family we have all enjoyed our time at our home, but are now moving to Ipswich.

Billericay is a lovely town and it takes us approximately 10 minutes to walk into the town centre. Across the road is 90 acres of meadow on which cows graze at certain times of the year and it is an excellent place to have a picnic.

Our local shop is fantastic and does hot croissants on a Sunday morning. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

We have decorated the house with love and inspiration and really hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
