"Set in 9 acres of landscaped grounds, Lakeside Drive constituted part of the gardens of Milbourne House and retained its original lake and distinguished trees. These contemporary and light filled homes offer fabulous accommodation and consist of just 16 homes within this tranquil lakeside development. The splendour is instantly recognised the moment you arrive outside the property with its long driveway adjacent to the lake. The fabulous double aspect front to back sitting room has an array of floor to ceiling windows, creating a magnificent light, bright and airy atmosphere. It has a beautiful porcelain tiled floor, a very attractive modern gas fire and overlooks the rear garden, the pool and the lake making this a most wonderful room in which to relax.
