"Description    Situated in the village of Ticehurst this well presented family home having recently had a new kitchen and bathroom is presented onto the open market. On opening the front door you are greeted by a porch ideal for taking off shoes and coats before entering the main house. On opening the porch door you enter the entrance hall with a door leading off to the dining area. The dining area has a window to the front and has space for a table and 4 chairs. The Living Room has a window to side and is suitable for a three piece suite etc. The kitchen to the rear of the property was a later addition but has provided a light and airy space to cook and to sit having a meal.

.    There are a range of base and wall units with space for a cooker and fridge freezer. There is a window to the rear. The door to the side leads into the utility area and has space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher with a glazed door leading out to the rear garden. Upstairs to the first floor is Bedroom 1 with a window to the rear of the property and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a window to front and built in cupboard and wardrobe. Bewl Water is also close by offering a range of recreational and sporting facilities as is the Dale Hill Golf Course and Hotel.
