"Description    Built by Berkeley Homes in the late 1990s this substantial modern well presented family home offers good sized versatile accommodation. Walking through the front door you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall with doors leading off to all the reception rooms. To the front the family room / study has a bay window. To the rear the living room has a feature gas fire place with attractive mantle and surround, a window to side and french doors leading out to the patio and rear garden. The dining room also to the rear has a window overlooking the garden and has ample space for a dining table and 6 chairs. Currently this room also houses a piano and is being used as a music room as well as a dining room. The kitchen with a side and rear aspect has a window overlooking the field and french doors leading out to the conservatory.
