SITUATION    The property is situated to the rear of Church Street on a shared private road with attractive views over the Sussex Weald to the front and the Parish Church to the rear. It is within close walking distance of the heart of the village, with a good range of shops including a chemist, green grocers, butchers, post office and general store.
