"Description    A charming property full of character and original features with open fireplaces, latch doors, exposed brick walls and exposed timbers. From the moment you walk through the front door into the living/dining room there is an immediate sense of warmth commented the owners. There is no doubting also the character of this cottage with an exposed brick wall almost the entire length of the living space. Also with an open fireplace also an added feature. The exposed beams also give the added feel of character. Through to the back of the property is the kitchen with bespoke units and with access to the rear garden.

.    Stairs leading up to the first floor where bedroom one and the bathroom can be found. Bedroom one has a window to the front, stripped wood flooring, exposed beams and an open fireplace. The bathroom has a window to the rear and has a bath, wash hand basin and WC with again a large exposed beam becoming part of a feature in the room. Stairs then lead from the landing to bedroom two. Bedroom two on the top floor has a window to the front of the property and has built in storage cupboards.

Situation    Located in the picturesque Church Street in the centre of the village overlooking the Parish Church and literally within yards of other amenities including a range of shops which cater for most day-to-day needs. The village also has a primary school. Tunbridge Wells multiple shopping centre approximately ten miles and there are mainline railway stations at Wadhurst, Stonegate and Etchingham with regular commuter services to London's Charing Cross/Cannon Street. There is a Community College (comprehensive school) at Wadhurst which is approximately four miles. The A21 is less than three miles which gives vehicular access to the coast, London, the M25 and other major road networks. Bewl Water is within two miles which offers a range of water sports and other recreational sporting facilities.
