"The first thing that attracted the current owner to the property was the superb location. Whilst being tucked away in a family friendly cul-de-sac, it is only a short walking distance to the local schools and is ideal for any commuters using Uckfield's mainline station.

The next thing to grab your attention is the space and layout. This house will make perfect use as a family home, as the brightness and space throughout the house is apparent from the second you walk in the door. The impressive kitchen diner and separate dining room would make it easy to entertain guests and to settle down to family meals.

Subtle touches to the property include an en-suite to the master bedroom and also a downstairs cloakroom, bringing an end to the morning arguments over who gets to use the bathroom first. The most recent addition to the house is the installation of new double glazing throughout added to minimise the expense to the next lucky owner.

Another added benefit is that the house will be sold chain free, offering less hassle all round.

What the Owner says:

We love the position of the house as it’s tucked into a corner and is really safe for our son to play out. The amount of space in the house was the main attraction as we have quite a large extended family and often have get togethers at Christmas and other occasions.

The landscaped garden is like another room in the summer. We put the decking in the back garden and we use it a lot especially in the summer as it leads from the lounge through the French doors.

Three of the bedrooms have built in storage which we find really useful and the off road parking and garage have been essential.
