ENTRANCE PORCH, ENTRANCE HALL, WELL PROPORTIONED SITTING ROOM WITH FIREPLACE AND WOODBURNER, SEMI OPEN PLAN TO KITCHEN/DINING ROOM, SHOWER ROOM, 4 BEDROOMS ON TWO FLOORS, MODERN FAMILY BATHROOM, GAS CENTRAL HEATING, GARAGE, DOUBLE GLAZING.

DIRECTIONS:   From Uckfield High Street proceed in a southerly direction passing the station on the left hand side and continue on up the hill until reaching the Highlands roundabout.  Take the second exit and then take the second turning on the right hand side into New Road.  The property will then be found on the right hand side overlooking the allotments on the left. 

SITUATION:    The property is situated on the southern edge of Ridgewood within walking distance to the local Post Office Stores and Inns.  There are allotments opposite the property and the recreation ground, village hall and Millennium Green are situated just down the road.  Uckfield offers an excellent range of shops, restaurants, bars, cinema and a leisure centre/swimming pool complex as well as a railway station with service to London Bridge and East Croydon.  The Ashdown Forest is within about 4 miles.
