DIRECTIONS:  Proceed south down Uckfield High Street and continue up the hill to the Highlands roundabout.  Take the first exit and then take the second turning on the right into Mallard Drive.  Follow the road, passing Linnet Green on the left hand side.   Take the next turning on the left and the property will be found on the left hand side.
