"This three bedroom semi detached home in the north of Uckfield has been beautifully cared for and offers a great opportunity for first time buyers and families alike.

The owner bought the property in the early 1980’s and soon made it their family home. An outside coal shed was integrated into the house and converted into a dining room which is a lovely addition to the kitchen and gives a great amount of entertaining space. Off this is a conservatory which, being triple aspect opens up beautifully onto the rear garden and has been the venue for many long summer evenings.

The oak kitchen is a particular feature and comes equipped with built in double oven and hob. The rest of the house, although heated with storage heaters, does benefit from full double glazing so the next owner can be assured of little to do on arrival.

The rear garden was the owner’s pride and joy so garden lovers will be well at home, too.

What the Owner says:

When we first moved here we were a family of four and as we grew up it became a very happy home always with lots going on. We loved the layout as there is lots of room downstairs and there’s plenty of storage, too with fitted wardrobes in 2 bedrooms and plenty of built in storage and airing cupboard on the landing.

It’s a great family home and the neighbours are lovely, too. Everyone seems to watch out for everyone else.
It’s really easy to get into town and the schools are quite close, too which made things a lot easier as we were growing up.
