"Flexibility and tranquillity are the order of the day here. Although in need of some updating the next owner will immediately see what can be done to add to the many features on offer.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers quiet living yet within striking distance of the town centre making it the ideal place for families and couples alike.

Those with mobility difficulties will appreciate the dining room which could easily be used as a bedroom and with the downstairs cloakroom on hand, stairs won't be an issue.

The kitchen/diner is towards the rear of the house and would be an ideal place to relax into the evening and, with doors opening out into the garden, you'll be able to admire your green fingered handiwork while watching wildlife at close quarters.

With one of the upstairs bedrooms having a single fitted wardrobe and the other eaves cupboards, there is certainly not a lack of storage and the separate W.C. and shower room will add to the convenience.

The driveway for 2-3 cars will allow you and your guests to park off-road and if that's not enough the garage will easily house another car or take care of the need for more storage.

What the Owner says:

It's a delightful location here tucked away in a quiet corner of the cul de sac with no passing traffic and it's mostly older families in the road so it feels a safe place to live.

The house has double glazing in every room along with cavity wall insulation so it's a cheap house to run.

The garden creates a lot of colour and is a good size but not too big so shouldn't be daunting for anyone.

As it's a chalet bungalow, we think it will suit families or someone who needs accommodation on one level but with the extra upstairs space if needed.
