"This three bedroom detached home is in a popular town centre location and, although in need of updating, offers a great opportunity to purchase a well proportioned property with good size bedrooms.

The lounge is dual aspect so enjoys a great deal of natural light and measures approximately 21’. It also leads out onto the south facing rear garden so benefits from full afternoon sun. The garden would be perfect for barbeques and parties as it enjoys a picturesque setting leading onto a stream and woodland.

The property further benefits from a downstairs cloakroom, an essential in a modern home and the master bedroom comes with a range of fully fitted furniture helping to keep expense to a minimum.

Uckfield has the benefit of a mainline rail station with direct connections to London. Many amenities are on offer including good schools, leisure centre and Uckfield Picture House – the oldest cinema in Sussex.
This property is being offered with no ongoing chain and early viewing is highly recommended.

What the Owner says:

Our relations have owned the property since 1971. They chose the house as it offered a lot of space and was close to town centre.

The garden was their pride and joy and has been great for summer barbeques and parties. It’s lovely just to sit out and enjoy the wildlife that can often be seen around the stream and the woodland. It’s only a short stroll into town centre, too and only takes a few minutes to get to the train station.

Although the house hasn’t seen much updating recently it does have lots of storage in the main bedroom. We have left the rest of the house as a blank canvas for the next owner to make it their own.
