 DIRECTIONS:   From Uckfield proceed in a northerly direction to Ringles Cross.  Fork right and continue to the Coopers Green traffic lights.  Turn right onto the A272 towards Buxted.  On entering the village pass the station on the left hand side and at the mini roundabout turn left where the property will be found in the second building on the right hand side.
