The Tour

The house sits mere metres from the beach, set behind a sand lined front yard with a picket fence and a variety of coastal shrubs. Its fa ade is characterised by clean lines, grey painted tongue and groove panelling and a pitched slate roof.

Entry is to a spacious dual aspect living room with a large bay window. The seating area is arranged around the wood burning stove ideal for warming up post sea swim and there is tactile jute carpeting underfoot. At the back, large French doors flow into the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is fitted with off white units, oak countertops and a neutral backsplash; it also has an integrated gas hob and an oven from Smeg. A dining area lies beneath the skylight and is bathed in natural light. Glazed doors provide seamless passage to the garden.
