"Description    Located in the sought after central village location is this two bedroom detached bungalow. The property is being offered in our opinion in immaculate condition. The accommodation comprises L-shaped lounge, kitchen, spacious entrance hall, two double bedrooms, family bathroom, conservatory and cloakroom. The property also boasts established front and rear gardens, single garage and off street parking for several vehicles.

Situation    Situated on a small development of similar properties and within easy access of Broad Oak shops which cater for day to day needs. The village also has a primary school and a doctors surgery. Being mid way between the historic towns of Rye and the abbey town of Battle with the mainline station offering services to Ashford, Euro Tunnel and London on the Charing Cross and Cannon Street lines. The area is also served by regular local bus service and within the general vicinity there are highly regarded state and private schools.

Directions    From our office in Battle proceed down the Whatlington Road to the junction with the A21, turn left and follow the signs to Cripps Corner. Travel straight over Cripps Corner cross roads onto the Chitcombe Road. At the Broad Oak cross roads proceed straight ahead and take the next left into Reedswood Road. Take the first right into Field Way and The Martletts is the second turning on your right. The property can be found on the left hand side.
