"This charming Semi-detached Property is situated in a rural position on the outskirts of the downland village of Selmeston, This is a lovely four bedroom family home with unique rural views.

The property is fully double glazed and benefits from oil fired central heating.

The village itself has its own pub and church and a local village shop is only a short walk away. Nearby Berwick provides a Post Office as well as a mainline train station with direct links to London and Brighton

Approximately 10 miles distant is the historic county town of Lewes with major supermarkets including Waitrose and Tesco along with many individual or specialist shops. The port of Newhaven with it's ferry services to Dieppe, in France is approximately 8 miles away.

Lounge The large Lounge has an open fire and a window overlooking the front garden and farm land beyond. Dining Room/Family Room This room is currently set up as a Dining Room in an open plan arrangement with the Kitchen/Diner, but could also be used as a Family Room.
