"Treat yourselves and enjoy one of the more convenient cliff top addresses in Peacehaven. Being close to the majority of local shops, Roderick Avenue South offers the best of both worlds to those that love fabulous sea views, long walks with the family, dog (or both) and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The major advantage with this home is that you get all of the above without enduring quite the same effects of the South Coasts more dramatic sea breezes as some of the neighbours have too.

The majority of the ground floor has parquet flooring, starting from the entrance hall that gives access to a ground floor W/C and a large hallway that has stairs rising to the first floor. Glazed doors open to a large lounge area that has westerly facing windows and blends naturally to a dining room that has a sliding door opening to the rear garden and is open plan to the fitted kitchen. Leading off of the large first floor landing (that also lends itself to a study area) are three double bedrooms and a re-fitted bathroom with a white bathroom suite, matching units and under floor heating. The house also has a driveway leading to an integral garage and side access to the westerly rear garden which is partially decked with timber.

What the Owner says:

We first decided to view this property twenty years ago for its fantastic location and views. We then decided to buy the property for its generous room sizes, bright and airy feel and again location, being around the corner to the bus stops and local shops.

In the many years we have lived here we have enjoyed many hot summers in the garden and made good use of the lighted decking area whilst entertaining friends of an evening. Our children have spent most of their school summer holidays over at the Dell Park, which is luckily visible from our home so we could keep an eye on them. This has been a great family home for us and we would definitely recommend viewing.
