The galley kitchen has everything you need and is accessed via the hallway or the lounge, so there is a real flow to the home.

With three bedrooms to choose from there is plenty of room for family and friends and there is a modern bathroom.

Outside to the front there is a low maintenance garden with a good sized driveway for several vehicles leading to a garage. To the rear of the bungalow there is a lovely secluded garden mainly laid to lawn with a patio area. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax while enjoying the sun long into the evening.

Being located in a no thorough road there is no problem with traffic and the buses run from the bottom of the road on a regular basis.

There is a wide variety of shops available and Brighton and Eastbourne are only a short trip away.

When we bought this bungalow it needed a lot of work to be done. We were looking for something that we could put our mark on and have enjoyed making it our home.

We love the space and lightness of our home and enjoy entertaining our friends and family here.

The neighbours are fantastic and everyone gets on well, the area has a great feel to it.

We now find we need more space so are looking at getting a bigger home. We hope the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
