"A spacious four bedroom semi detached chalet situated in a convenient location close to local bus routes and easy road access to Brighton. The property has an entrance porch which then leads onto a spacious entrance hall. The first room you are drawn to is the lounge which is a good size with feature modern electric fire. From here you can gain access to the dining room which has laminate flooring and could easily fit a dining room table. From there is a larger than average conservatory which over looks the secluded rear garden. The Kitchen has been refitted and has a good range of cupboards and drawers. There is space for dishwasher, washing machine and cooker space. There is a refitted bathroom with white suite and separate shower cubical. Finishing off the downstairs is a double bedroom, this over looks the front of the property. From the entrance hall you have a staircase leading to the first floor landing.
